Kim Mars serves as the Director of Advisor Experience at Priority Financial Group. She brings over a decade of experience with the firm, where she is dedicated to enhancing the advisor journey through personalized service, operational support, and strategic engagement.

Kim is a graduate of Illinois State University and is passionate about building strong relationships that contribute to the long-term success of PFG’s advisor community.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys staying active through competitive softball and pickleball and is a devoted animal lover.
